Research Interests:
Quantum Information, Quantum Supremacy
I am a new PhD student being supervised primarily by Raul Garcia-Patron Sanchez, interested in the simulation of noisy quantum computers and testing recent claims of quantum supremacy. Currently, the focus is on Gaussian boson sampling, a particular non-universal model of quantum computation. I studied physics at Oxford, focusing on particle physics and condensed matter theory, before shifting towards quantum information during a year at UCL.
