What is the Quantum Fringe?Quantum Fringe is a series of events centred around quantum computing taking place in the summer of 2025, including conferences, workshops, and seminars. This festival is designed to explore and celebrate advancements in quantum science, technology, and its interdisciplinary applications to bring together researchers, industry experts, and enthusiasts. The name “Quantum Fringe” is inspired by the world-famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival which takes place in the city every August.
-
How can I buy tickets? The Quantum Fringe does not offer a general admission ticket for all events. You can find detailed information for each event using the “Learn More” buttons. Please note that some events are invitation-only and do not have tickets available for public admissions.
-
Who can attend the Quantum Fringe?Different Quantum Fringe events may have different audiences, from beginners in quantum computing, to experts in the field. Please refer to the individual event pages to see whether an event is open to the public and what background knowledge will be assumed for each event.
-
Where are the events held? Most events are held in Edinburgh but there are other events across Scotland, such as the Isle of Skye. Please check each event page for specific details about venue locations.
